Classes

Tracy is teaching ongoing Qigong classes on Saturday's at "New Garden Friend's Meeting"- 801 New Garden Rd in Greensboro, from 9:30-11:30. Periodically Master Zhou will be present to give feedback to the students.
At present these classes are also held via Zoom. The class is open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
The class combines foundational exercises, qigong movement forms, a qigong walking form, standing exercises and meditation.
