Classes
Master Zhou & Tracy were teaching ongoing Qigong classes on Saturday's at "College Park Baptist Church" 1601 Walker Ave, from 9:30-11:30.
At present these classes are held via Zoom.
This class is open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
The class combines foundational exercises, qigong movement forms, a qigong walking form, standing exercises and meditation.
